Your order is sent to the city of Grevena through a partner transport company. Shipping costs for orders over 40€ are free of charge. For orders under 40€, the shipping costs are 1,00€.
For orders with cash on delivery, the customer is charged the cash on delivery costs of 1,50 €.

Your orders are shipped from 1 to 7 days or within 48 hours when there is no weekend. In some cases where the availability of products is different ( indicated on the product ) you will be notified of the exact delivery date. In case your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.

Greece

Your order is sent to any point in Greece via Courier Service or any other cooperating carrier. Shipping costs for orders over 40€ are free of charge. For orders under 40€, shipping costs are 3,00€.
For orders with cash on delivery, the customer is charged the cash on delivery costs of 1,50 €.

Your orders are shipped from 2 to 7 days or within 48 hours when there is no weekend. In some cases where the availability of products is different ( indicated on the product ) you will be notified of the exact delivery date. In case your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.
Please note that for distances of more than 20 km from cities where there is a courier headquarters and on some remote islands there may be an additional delay in delivery.

Payment by cash on delivery of your order through the courier company Geniki Tachydromiki, either at your place or at any Geniki Tachydromiki store nationwide.

By deposit to a bank account

You can choose the bank that facilitates you to deposit the amount of your order. On the bank deposit slip you must write your order number and your full name as the reason. For the fastest execution of your order you can send us the bank deposit slip via e-mail at info@pharmazy.gr or contact us by phone at +30 2462 023001.
